Ingredients

  • 1 MWELL Vanilla Bean, Sunflower, & Pumpkin Seed Breakfast Bowl
  • 120g (½ cup) oat milk
  • 35g (7.5cm) piece ripe banana, mashed
  • 1tbsp grated carrot
  • (1 Tbsp golden raisins
  • Ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

Step 1:

Stir the MWELL bowl, oat milk, mashed banana, grated carrot, raisins, and cinnamon together .

Step 2:

Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3:

Stir well before serving.
