Ingredients
- 200g thick Greek-style yoghurt
- 20g roasted almonds
- 4tbsp (32g) MWELL Microbiome Powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract or essence
- 1tbsp honey or sweetener
- 1tbsp MWELL Microbiome Powder
- 1tsp almond butter
- Fresh fruit, chopped
Method
Step 1:
Scoop the yoghurt into a bowl and stir in the vanilla extract and honey. Mix well.
Step 2:
Sprinkle over the MWELL Microbiome Powder and stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
Step 3:
Top with the tart cherries, roasted almonds, almond butter and your choice of fresh fruit.
Tips & Tricks:
For a dairy-free twist, swap the yoghurt for coconut, almond, or soy yoghurt.
