- 1tbsp tart dry cranberries
- 100g 70% dark chocolate chips
- 1tbsp chopped pecans
- 1tbsp flaked almonds
- 1tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1tbsp shredded coconut
- 2tbsp MWELL Microbiome powder
Put the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and melt it in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each blast, until totally smooth.
Add all the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Line a tray with baking paper or foil. Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture onto the tray and form into 8 to 10 bitesize clusters
Leave to set at room temperature, then pack into an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
