Dark Chocolate Clusters

When you just need a bit of chocolate, these naturally sweet, crunchy bites will really hit the spot – and they’re chock-a-block with good stuff. 

Makes: 8-10 bites (2 servings)

  • 1tbsp tart dry cranberries
  • 100g 70% dark chocolate chips 
  • 1tbsp chopped pecans 
  • 1tbsp flaked almonds 
  • 1tbsp chopped walnuts 
  • 1tbsp pumpkin seeds 
  • 1tbsp sunflower seeds 
  • 1tbsp shredded coconut 
  • 2tbsp MWELL Microbiome powder


Step 1:

Put the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and melt it in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each blast, until totally smooth.

Step 2:

Add all the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Step 3: 

Line a tray with baking paper or foil. Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture onto the tray and form into 8 to 10 bitesize clusters 

Step 4: 

Leave to set at room temperature, then pack into an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
