- 7g (1/2 Tbl) olive oil
- 32g (¼ cup) red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 MWELL 7-Grain Lunch Bowl – Spicy Fiesta
- 1 MWELL Lunch Bowl Topping – Pasilla Chilli
- 170g (1 cup) canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed
- 100g (2 ea) fried eggs
- 5g (1 ea) green onion, thinly sliced
Heat the olive oil on a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions and cook, stirring occasionally until softened about 2 minutes.
Stir in the grains, sauce, and chickpeas and cook, stirring occasionally until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Divide the mixture on two plates and top with fried egg, garnish with green onions.
