  • 7g (1/2 Tbl) olive oil
  • 32g (¼ cup) red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 MWELL 7-Grain Lunch Bowl – Spicy Fiesta
  • 1 MWELL Lunch Bowl Topping – Pasilla Chilli 
  • 170g (1 cup) canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 100g (2 ea) fried eggs
  • 5g (1 ea) green onion, thinly sliced


Step 1:

Heat the olive oil on a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions and cook, stirring occasionally until softened about 2 minutes.

Step 2:

Stir in the grains, sauce, and chickpeas and cook, stirring occasionally until heated through, about 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Divide the mixture on two plates and top with fried egg, garnish with green onions.
