- 50g quick oats
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 175 g oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1tsp MWELL Microbiome Powder
- (Optional) fruits, nuts, and/or honey
On the hob:
Add the oats and milk to a small saucepan and cook gently over a medium to low heat, following pack instructions. Once they’re ready, take off the heat.
Mix in the banana and MWELL Microbiome Powder, then sprinkle over the cinnamon and serve.
In the microwave:
Add the oats and milk to a microwavable dish and stir.
Microwave for 4 minutes at 800 watts, or follow the pack instructions.
Let it stand for a minute, then mix in the mashed banana and MWELL and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
Tips & Tricks:
Like your porridge extra creamy? Use full-fat cow’s milk instead.
Top with a swirl of honey or juicy fresh fruits for a sweeter breakfast.
Add a bit of crunch with chopped walnuts or pecans.
