Ingredients

  • 1 MWELL Quinoa Pudding –Almond with Cassia
  • 14g (1 Tbl) brewed coffee
  • 6g (½ Tbl) semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 3g (¾ tsp) instant espresso powder
  • 8g (1 ½ tsp) raspberry preserve
  • ½g (¼ tsp) orange zest

Method

Step 1:

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat 10 seconds at a time, stirring between each time until melted. • Add the brewed coffee and instant espresso powder and mix to make a sauce. • Add the quinoa pudding, raspberry preserves, and orange zest, mix well, and serve.
