- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 Tbs smoked paprika
- 2 Tbs chilli powder
- 2 Tbs cayenne pepper
- 20g cup chopped fresh coriander
- 20g cup chopped basil
- 60ml olive oil or vegetable oil
- Juice from 1 fresh lemon
- Salt to taste
- 8 Tbs (66g) MWELL Powder
Peel and de-skin garlic cloves, and roughly chop corriander.
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse for 30-45 seconds, depending on processor (until a smooth puree consistency)
Decant and store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Tips & Tricks:
This marinade can be used as a dipping sauce, wet marinade or roasting marinade.
