Peri Peri Sauce

Dip, roast, drizzle, marinade – add heat and flavour to all kinds of recipes with our fiery peri peri sauce. Try it with grilled chicken for a prebiotic-packed take on your restaurant favourite.

Makes: 8 servings
Preparation time: 8-10 minutes 


  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbs smoked paprika 
  • 2 Tbs chilli powder
  • 2 Tbs cayenne pepper
  • 20g cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 20g cup chopped basil
  • 60ml olive oil or vegetable oil
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 Tbs (66g) MWELL Microbiome Powder


Step 1:

Peel and de-skin garlic cloves, and roughly chop corriander.

Step 2:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse for 30-45 seconds, depending on processor (until a smooth puree consistency)

Step 3:

Decant and store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Tips & Tricks:

This marinade can be used as a dipping sauce, wet marinade or roasting marinade.
