- 40g (¼ bunch) frisée, endive, or other salad greens
- 14g (1 Tbl) jarred lemon vinaigrette
- 150g (1 bunch) asparagus spears, trimmed & steamed
- 1 MWELL 7-Grain Lunch Bowl – Natural Harvest
- 1 MWELL Lunch Bowl Topping – Balsamic Tomato
- 100g (2 ea) poached eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Toss the greens with the lemon vinaigrette and place on two plates.
Add asparagus spears atop the greens.
Heat the MWELL grains in the microwave following package directions.
Stir together the grains and sauce pouch in a small bowl and divide amongst both plates atop the asparagus.
Place the poached eggs on top of the grains and season with salt and black pepper as desired.
