Raspberry, Apple and Carrot Breakfast Smoothie

This nutritious (and delicious) breakfast smoothie is made from just five ingredients. Use unpeeled fruit and veggies for an extra dose of vitamins and fibre. 

Makes: 1 serving
Preparation time: 2-3 minutes


  • 1 carrot (110g) (unpeeled)
  • 1 Gala apple (unpeeled)
  • 2 handful of raspberries (80g) (fresh or frozen)
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 1tbsp MWELL Microbiome powder


Step 1:

Starting with the milk, add all the ingredients to a blender. 

Step 2:

Blitz for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth. 

Step 3: 

Check the consistency. If you find it’s a bit thick, top up with milk until just right.

Tips & Tricks:

This smoothie is already naturally sweet. If you’d like it a little sweeter, add a spoon of fruit compote, a touch of sweetener, or a drizzle of syrup.

Chop and refrigerate the fruit and veggies the night before, but don’t blend until breakfast. Otherwise you’ll lose some of the goodness. 

If you prefer, swap the cashew nut milk for oat milk.
