Spiced Chamomile Latte

Soothe body and mind anytime with our dairy-free latte, infused with fragrant chamomile, gut-friendly MWELL, and warming spices – including cucurmin-rich turmeric. It’s perfect right before bed.

Ingredients

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract or essence
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon 
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp MWELL Microbiome Powder

Method

Step 1:

Add the almond milk, tea bag, and MWELL Microbiome Powder to a small saucepan, and bring to a simmer over a medium heat.

Step 2:

Cover the pot and leave the flavours to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3: 

Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and turmeric.

Step 4: 

Strain the mixture twice through a fine mesh sieve, or pour it into a cafetière, slowly press down the plunger, and serve in a mug. 

Tips & Tricks:

You can swap the almond milk for any other unsweetened milk or milk alternative.
