Spiced It Up Creamy Soup

  • 1 MWELL 7-Grain Lunch Bowl – Moroccan Curry
  • 1 MWELL Lunch Bowl Topping – Smokey Citrus Paprika 
  •  524g (1-18.5 oz can) butternut squash soup
  • 12g (2 tsp) fresh lemon juice
  • 30g (2 Tbl) Greek style yogurt


Step 1:

Divide the grains, sauce, soup, and lemon juice between two microwave safe bowls.

Step 2:

Microwave on high, partially covered, until heated through, about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Garnish with yogurt on top of each bowl. Serve immediately.
