Super Green Breakfast Smoothie

Whizz together kale, spinach, avo, kiwi, MWELL and more for a seriously green and vitamin-rich smoothie that packs a prebiotic punch. 

Makes: 1 serving
Preparation time: 2-3 minutes


  • 250ml cashew nut milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ avocado
  • Handful of kale (15g)
  • Handful of spinach (25g)
  • ½ pink lady apple, unpeeled (45g) 
  • 20g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 carrot (110g)
  • 1tsp almond butter
  • 1tbsp MWELL Microbiome Powder


Step 1:

Starting with the milk, add all the ingredients to a blender. 

Step 2:

Blitz for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth. 

Step 3: 

Check the consistency. If you find it’s a bit thick, top up with milk until just right.

Tips & Tricks:

Chop and refrigerate the fruit and veggies the night before, but don’t blend until breakfast. Otherwise you’ll lose some of the goodness.

This smoothie is already naturally sweet. If you’d like it a little sweeter, add a spoon of fruit compote, a touch of sweetener, or a drizzle of syrup. 

If you prefer, swap the cashew nut milk for oat milk.
